Jyoti Mahendru has joined McCann Worldgroup India, taking on the roles of Chief Talent Officer and National Communication Officer. This marks her return to the agency where she previously held the position of Executive Vice President – Human Resources between 2018 and 2022. In her new capacity, Jyoti will oversee talent management, organizational culture, and internal communications across the network.
Before this, she served as Chief People Officer at VML India, where she played a key role in integrating organizational culture, designing structures, and developing leadership during a transformative period. With over 25 years of experience, Jyoti has also worked as Practice Director – HR Solutions at KNAV India Ltd and provided HR consultancy to startups and SMEs. Renowned for her strategic approach to HR, her leadership style prioritizes people and aligns workforce strategies with business objectives. Her return to McCann highlights the agency's dedication to nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
