Dr. Doshi began his career in the pharmaceutical sector, contributing to R&D at Rubamin Pharma Ltd., where he gained invaluable industry experience in applied chemistry and research. Motivated by his passion for sustainable development, Dr. Doshi pursued a Ph.D. in Bioremediation, specifically developing cost-effective methods to detoxify heavy metals from contaminated water.
After completing his Ph.D., Dr. Doshi made a seamless transition to academia, where he has held several senior leadership roles. As Head of Department at ARIBAS, Anand (Gujarat), he led significant curriculum innovations and faculty development initiatives, creating an academic environment that emphasized both quality education and research excellence. He later served as Professor and Dean of Basic Sciences & Agriculture at Madhav University, where he advanced interdisciplinary research initiatives and promoted innovative academic programs. As Campus Director at Ratnamani Education Campus, Dr. Doshi oversaw the expansion of academic infrastructure and drove institutional growth.
