Puja Trivedi has been appointed the role of Executive Director, Senior Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant at Wells Fargo. Puja's professional journey also includes over five years at Cars Commerce, where she focused on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development across teams. Earlier in her career, she held impactful positions at Groupon and Target , along with conducting cross-cultural leadership research for Danone in London. Across all her roles, Puja has championed data-driven, employee-centered strategies to create inclusive workplaces and cultivate strong leadership.
