Swati Narang has been appointed as the Director – People Experience Partner at JLL India, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished HR career. With extensive experience across organizations such as Knight Frank , Citi , Multiplex , and a longstanding association with JLL, she brings a deep expertise in HR business partnering, global operations, and strategic workforce planning to her new role. At JLL India, she will be instrumental in shaping the people strategy for one of the firm’s most crucial partnerships.
Throughout her career, Swati has exhibited strong leadership in diverse environments—enhancing performance management at Knight Frank, spearheading strategic HR initiatives at Citi, and managing HR and administrative functions at Multiplex. Her previous eight-year tenure at JLL saw her oversee regional HR projects and operations across North and East India. Now, in a senior leadership capacity, she is set to drive impactful employee engagement and enhance the people experience on a large scale.
